Please contact me by phone to arrange an initial 1 hour consultation so we can discuss and agree if counselling or psychotherapy will be right for you and also to establish if you will feel comfortable working with me.  Please be assured it is absolutely fine if you are not sure what you want to work with - we can discuss what your needs are together in the session.  A good enough starting point is to consider what you think your problems are in life or have you thought about wanting to change something in your life?

In the first session we will speak a little about what is currently happening in your life and what is bringing you to therapy.  Depending on the type and longevity of your problem(s) we will also discuss likely therapy timescales.
